Welcome to Trouble Creek Creations LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our services.

1. Access and Account

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

  • If minor dependents use the services, you are responsible for supervising their activity.

  • To use our services, you may need to provide personal information such as email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

2. Our Products

  • We cannot guarantee that colors or quality will perfectly match your expectations.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed.

  • Review your order carefully before submission; once accepted, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Custom Orders:

    • We provide multiple design proofs for review before production.

    • After production, a final proof photo of the finished item is sent for approval prior to shipping.

    • Shipping occurs only after final proof approval.

  • Orders are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless otherwise stated.

  • You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and to pay all charges incurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Times:

    • Custom orders: 7–14 business days after final proof approval.

    • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier may vary).

  • Delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. after shipment.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at extra cost.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once shipped.

  • Tracking information is provided via email.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • All sales are final; we do not offer returns or refunds due to the custom nature of our products.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We may provide a replacement or suitable solution.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is owned by Trouble Creek Creations LLC or its licensors.

  • Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

  • Our logos, designs, and product names are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

  • Optional third-party tools may be offered “as is” without warranties or endorsements.

  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for content, products, or services on those sites.

9. Relationship with Shopify

  • Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Trouble Creek Creations LLC.

  • Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or any issues with products purchased.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Shopify may collect and process data to provide and improve services.

11. Feedback

  • Any feedback you submit grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for any purpose.

  • Feedback must not violate the rights of others or contain harmful content.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the services to:

  • Violate laws or infringe rights

  • Harass or harm others

  • Transmit false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Spam, scrape, or interfere with site functionality

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability
