Trouble Creek Creations LLC – Return & Refund Policy

At Trouble Creek Creations LLC, every product is handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Many of our items are custom-made or personalized, which means they are created specifically for each customer’s unique request. Because of the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

We want every customer to feel confident in their order. That’s why, for all custom projects, we provide:

  1. Multiple proofings (digital mock-ups or design previews) before production begins.

  2. A final proof photo of the finished item before shipping, so you can confirm it meets your expectations.

We do not begin final production until we have received customer approval on the initial proofs, and we will not ship the finished item until you’ve approved the final proofing photo.


No Returns or Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Customer Approval Required: For customized items, we provide several proofing opportunities prior to production and a final finished proof before shipping. Once approved, the item will be shipped as shown in the last proof.


No Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Purchases: All sales are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with size, color, or design if the finished product matches the approved proofs and order details provided at checkout.

  • Accuracy of Proofs: It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, dates, names, artwork, and other custom details before giving approval. Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged or Defective Products

Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • If the issue is determined to be the result of our craftsmanship or shipping mishandling, we will work with you to provide a replacement of the same item or a suitable solution.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be honored.


Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Trouble Creek Creations LLC, you agree to:

  • Review all proofs carefully before giving approval.

  • Verify spelling, dates, names, and other custom details before confirming your design.

  • Approve the final proofing photo of the finished item prior to shipment.

  • Provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Understand that handcrafted and custom items may show slight variations in color, texture, or finish, which add to the uniqueness of each piece.
