At Trouble Creek Creations LLC, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, shipping times may vary depending on the type of product and the level of customization.
Processing Times

Custom Orders: Most custom and personalized items require proofing and production before shipping. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days after final proof approval, though some projects may require additional time.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom or pre-made items are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Delays: Processing times may extend during holidays, large sales, or periods of high demand. Customers will be notified if their order requires additional time.
Proofing & Approval (Custom Orders Only)
For all custom orders:

We will send multiple design proofs for your review and approval before production begins.

Once the product is finished, we will provide a final proof photo of the completed item before it ships.

Shipping will only take place after you approve the final proof.
This process ensures accuracy and customer satisfaction before your order leaves our shop.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

Carriers Used: We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier may vary depending on item size, weight, and destination.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States once the order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping: May be available upon request for an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited shipping.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and delivery location.

In some cases, free local pickup or flat-rate shipping may be offered.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, Trouble Creek Creations LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly with tracking information for delivery issues.

If assistance is needed, we’re happy to help guide you through the claims process with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.
